Predesign Stage:

Survey of place for installation.
- Inputs from client, Architect and Project Manager.
- BasiBasic Data Fixation.
Design Stage:

Area Calculation.
- Estimation of load requirements based on internal layout & other design inputs
from client’s end.
- Preparation of DBR suggesting feasible schemes along with load summary, unit
configuration, estimated cost and relative merits.
- Finalization of equipments location & utility requirements (e.g., water,
electrical loads, etc.) for the agreed scheme.
- PrepPreparation of layout drawings to facilitate provision of sleeves, cutouts etc.
during civil construction stage itself. Also space requirements (including
